The British Isles are home to thousands of species of plants and animals, some are quite rare, and some more common than others, but equally as important. Our Nature Diary will show you what we have seen on our travels, where we have seen them, with some basic information and top tips on how to get close or photograph them. I have tried to keep sightings seasonal, but some species like Robin, Fox and Lapwing can be found all year around I would also encourage you to look closely at things nearer to home, you’ll be genuinely surprised what’s actually on your doorstep and you don’t need to travel hundreds of miles to see some fascinating wildlife.
